Architettura Visuale

L'visual architecture is a combination of graphics, creativity and architecture that enables the visualisation and evaluation of different compositional aspects of the image through 3D realisation.

Visual architecture

It makes it possible to share the project to be realised with the client, conveying the emotions to be aroused in a more immediate way: visual architecture is aimed at simplifying and making the execution phase of a project more productive.
In this way it is possible to get a concrete idea of the proportions, lighting, compositions and all other elements related to the project.
From the study Modscape the Cliff House green building project was every child's dream, a tree house from which to dominate the landscape and lose oneself in fantastic dreams, the kind that have no limits, because - you know - when you are small you want to fly over everything.

Now the dream surpasses itself with the Cliff House project: a house not on a tree but on the ocean.
It happens in Australia, where nature is overwhelming and the landscapes never cease to enchant, leaving you breathless each time. It is here that one of the strangest, most innovative and fascinating constructions can be found: a house clinging to the cliff, suspended between water and horizon.

Cliff House by Modscape

It is the design of a modular structure realised by the Studio Modscape, now well known in Australia and around the world for having already created other works of this type.
Cliff House is for now a concept, conceived as a natural extension of the cliff, its very shape reminiscent of a crustacean clinging to the rock. It develops vertically on five floors, with the rooms arranged one above the other, held in place with steel pins and with an inlet at the top.

Connecting the rooms are a lift and stairs, which join the living room, kitchen, two bedrooms and two bathrooms.
Outside there is a parking space, on the cliff, and a furnished patio, a hot tub and a barbecue area.

In short, the Cliff House lacks nothing to make it a candidate for the world's most extraordinary home: minimal and eco-friendly furnishings, a guaranteed ocean view 365 days a year and the feeling of living at sea... an ancestral dream that could become reality!
