It bears the names of the world's most fascinating cities the Custom+ collection of Listone Giordano which, thanks to thearchitect Marco Carini, applies the innovative project Atmospherespremiered during the Milan Design City and creates exclusive furnishing combinations that change the laws of space, bringing style and sophistication into every context.
An unusual alliance of shapes and styles, which allowed the Umbrian brand to offer an avant-garde tool with which to redefine its concept of space. The different chromatic characters of wooden floors Michelangelo and Grisaglie Classics blend with unexpected laying patterns and geometries, generating a new approach to interacting with spaces.
The lines of architecture, fuelled by the purity and tradition of Italian design, can guide people towards new interpretations of space, towards an enhancement of their ability to perceive the world around them, in all its infinite iridescences.
Listone Giordano returns to make parquet dialogue with the vertical dimension, creating a harmonious 'ecosystem', an enveloping atmosphere within which each individual element is designed to feel part of the whole, closely interconnected.
Custom+ thus becomes a new design tool for modulating one's contemporary living space through original interpretative keys.
Architect Marco Carini has therefore 'created' 11 'rooms' with elegant atmospheres, to enhance and redevelop the work of man through the entire generative process. Each room, a city, an inspiration.

In the different settings of Custom+ each element becomes a part of the whole, harmonising wonderfully with its surroundings. The compositions are in fact characterised by a great chromatic richness, by delicate contrasts between different thrusts. The end result is an enveloping atmosphere in which the elegance of design mixes with the suggestive power of wood, but also with the richness of the themes proposed for each combination.
The first composition dedicated to Milan, for example, has an almost textile matrix, with elegant and extremely refined weaves, while the second Milanese combination is more regular, more architectural, with clear references to the sophisticated lines of Mies van der Rohe. As in every other Atmosfere proposal, architect Marco Carini and his team have indulged in the utmost creative freedom, changing the positions of the different elements orthogonally, and achieving surprising results. A good example of Atmosfere's contrasts is provided by the proposal dedicated to New York, in which the horizontal and vertical lines, dialoguing with the solids and voids, are always able to design new forms of elegance, particularly with regard to the exchanges between outdoor and indoor.
COPENAGHEN
Inspired by harmony, typical of the Scandinavian functionalism period, the composition finds its rule in the alternation of the rhythm of life. The light and dark become day and night, the colour of bark and natural, freshly cut wood. The gentle glide between one line and the next is like Glenn Gould's pianism, soft and full of accents, of nuances. Classical. Its metrics become the same as the architecture that contains it.
TURIN
Eclectic and full of history. Current, fresh. A vertical line crosses the lighter, horizontal lines like a comb. It becomes fabric, and is repeated with regularity, enveloping the room. The atmosphere, inspired by the cultured interiors of Carlo Mollino, welcomes it, like a warm, sovereign embrace. The waters of the Flemish ports are reflected in the colours of the houses, with their threadlike silhouettes and alternating tones. The longer shadows cross the lighter, shorter shades, repeating themselves, as in an urban fabric. Concentration and breath alternate. As in the music of a bellows, compressions and dilations merge. Shortness and length are not opposing elements, but fluid ingredients of the same whole.
ARLES
The weaves, the fabrics, the carpets of Anni Albers were the formal matrix of the composition. The yarns have been replaced by wood, thin, wide, more contained. The room is transformed into a huge loom, surrounded by the colours and atmosphere of Provence. As in an impressionist painting, the rhythm of the changing nature is captured on a background that becomes a spontaneous sequence.
STOCKHOLM 02
Warm, like a heavy wool coat, with its herringbone weave, when it is snowy and cold outside. Fresh, like the first spring wind, which brings the first colours, after the grey of the gloomy season. Rich in alternations, in contrasting elements. Harmonious, like a wave chasing the rhythms of the depths.
STOCKHOLM 03
A construction played with elementary modules, one shorter, the other more elongated. Light shading, which catches the most attentive eye. A short poem, like a sonnet, a fairy tale that warms the heart. Sharp as a pencil that leaves a delicate mark on a sheet of paper.
TOKYO
Spring blooming is like this. Delicate, explosive and silent. Full of energy and peace, like a Zen garden. The oriental grace, the attention to detail, verges on perfection. The rhythm becomes ritual. The dark sign intertwines in a balanced way with the lighter signs. Rebirth.
