It is called Outdoors, the lounge collection born from the collaboration between EthimoMatteo Thun and Antonio Rodriguez and has become iconic for the different 'outfits' with which it interprets the places that host it.
The two new moods are Veranda and Nautic, which combine teak with natural rattan and rope respectively. Outdoor Veranda tells of an increasingly ecofriendly approach in the choice of material combinations with a slightly vintage soul. Moreover, the natural rattan weave is perfectly suited to transitional spaces between indoor and outdoor, such as porches or verandas, contemporary and creates a fascinating 'exotic' effect in semi-open spaces.
Nautic Outdoor dresses the entire living room by combining teak with polypropylene rope, a recyclable and 100% outdoor material. The mood draws inspiration from the maritime world and combines precious teak with a handcrafted herringbone rope weave, which characterises the seating with personality, enhancing its slender lines.
For 2021, the outdoor collection is enriched with a new suspended armchair that recounts an outdoor experience of lightness and harmony with the suppleness of the natural world.
Also available in a swing version with a self-supporting structure, it can be customised in Rattan, rope or Etwick fibre in combination with the teak matrix, for a surprising and dynamic collection that reinvents itself according to trends and the context that welcomes it.
HUT by Marco Lavit
An intimate, reserved and reassuring form of wellbeing, an unusual nest on a human scale, a place for rest and regeneration that speaks of relaxation, wellbeing and the outdoors. The cosy and comfortable intuition is called HUTdesigned by Marco Lavit, and features a wooden frame that protects like a shell and becomes a privileged, unique and reserved point of view. Completing the seat are the soft cushions, which welcome the body, embracing and supporting it.

Kilt by Marcello Ziliani Designed by Marcello Ziliani for Ethimo and presented in two new versions to furnish outdoor spaces with personality and create unique settings through colour, Kilt is the armchair in dining and lounge versions that combines elegance and naturalness. It features a teak frame, FSC certified, with new natural rope colours, reinterpreted in two bright colours inspired by the warm shades of Mediterranean vegetation. Its weave is inspired by the band of fabric that wraps around the waist of the proud Highlanders, suggesting atmospheres and positive vibrations while maintaining its characteristics of solidity, comfort and ergonomics.
Venexia by Luca Nichetto
A soft form of elegance for a new functionality en plein air. The tribute to the functional elegance of the furniture that characterised the urban scenarios of the late 19th century is the inspiration for Venexiathe new lounge collection by Luca Nichetto for Ethimo. The structure of the furniture, which is visually reminiscent of ancient railings, is formed by a refined and harmonious rhythm of very thin aluminium strips modelled using ad hoc moulds to ensure the equity of all elements.
The formal result is a collection with important proportions, visually light, but at the same time conveying feelings of solidity and robustness.
Composed of lounge armchairs, two-seater sofa, chaise longue, which can be used individually or combined to create a large sofa or daybed, Venexia also includes coffee tables with lava stone or enamelled terracotta tops. A modularity of elements that offers the possibility of creating pleasant compositions for theoutdoor furniture.
Soft cushions complement the seats with perfectly waterproof padding made from recycled materials and upholstered with exceptionally soft fabrics.
