design lifestyle arc

Since 1981 ARC has been designing and manufacturing gas burners for professional kitchens, developing over time a highly specialised know-how in flame management as the central element of cooking. In forty-five years of activity, the company has consolidated an international reference position in professional components, thanks to a rigorous engineering approach oriented towards high performance, long-term reliability and maximum adaptability to different application contexts.

The decision to focus exclusively on burners has allowed ARC to perfect solutions capable of meeting the needs of contemporary professional kitchens: high and modular power, uniform heat distribution, efficient combustion, active and passive safety systems, simple installation and easy maintenance. Each product is conceived as an integral part of the cooking system, contributing concretely to the overall efficiency of the equipment.

Among the most representative examples of this approach is the Series 41 HE, designed for professional, semi-professional and high-end applications. Made entirely of brass, these burners ensure high mechanical and thermal resistance, ideal for intensive and continuous use. The geometry of the flame spreaders is designed to concentrate heat in the centre of the pan, improving reactivity and energy efficiency. The double overlapping flame allows high power to be achieved while keeping the overall dimensions small, a significant advantage in the design of compact hobs. Direct mounting on the worktop simplifies installation and improves hygiene by reducing areas of residue build-up.

ARC's technological innovation is also expressed through internationally patented solutions. The Series 115 introduces professional 10 kW and 6 kW burners with pilot flame fully integrated into the burner body. This architecture eliminates external components and additional holes in the top, reduces assembly time, improves cleanliness of the cooking area and protects the pilot from liquids and food residues. An innovation that simplifies design and increases the operational reliability of the equipment.

Designed for markets characterised by the use of high-pressure gas, such as India, the 120 High Pressure Series, also covered by an international patent, combines optimised combustion and a thermocouple system with a low consumption pilot flame. The result is a high standard of safety and consistent performance even under critical operating conditions, demonstrating the company's ability to adapt the design to the specific infrastructural and regulatory conditions of different countries.

Within this evolutionary path lies the Series 12 Epicure, an advanced synthesis of professional engineering, compact design and quality construction. The heart of the system is a burner that is unique on the market, featuring a horizontal Venturi that allows installation in particularly small spaces under the mounting surface. This solution makes it possible to integrate a high-performance burner even where space is a critical design constraint, expanding application possibilities in both professional and advanced cooking contexts.

In terms of construction, Epicure uses materials typical of the professional kitchen: cast iron body for strength and thermal stability, brass flame spreader for even flame distribution and resistance to corrosion, die-cast aluminium elbow and brass Venturi tube underneath, guaranteeing fluid dynamic precision and reliability over time. Power varies according to size, but in each configuration high combustion efficiency and performance in line with professional standards are ensured. The series is also available with a vertical venturi, for applications that allow a more traditional installation, confirming ARC's modular and flexible approach.

The Epicure 12 Series is also distinguished by a level of aesthetic and functional customisation uncommon in professional components, with different combinations of finishes between the cast iron body and brass flame spreaders, also with black surface treatments. A balance between advanced engineering and attention to detail that allows the burner to be integrated into kitchen projects of high technical and formal value.

Completing the company's vision is the Blue Flame summarises ARC's guiding principles: efficient combustion, safety, controlled power, functional design, durability, ease of maintenance and attention to sustainability, thanks to the use of recyclable materials and production processes with low environmental impact. An approach that strengthens the dialogue with manufacturers, designers and kitchen professionals, who are increasingly oriented towards reliable, high-performance and responsible solutions.

Since 2016 ARC has been part of the Sabaf Group, one of the world's leading manufacturers of components for household appliances. Becoming part of the Group has enhanced ARC's industrial capacity, international presence and technological expertise, while preserving ARC's identity as a specialist in professional gas cooking.

In 2026, 45 years after its foundation, ARC thus continues to distinguish itself as the technology partner of choice for the professional kitchen, transforming the flame into an increasingly precise, safe and high-performance working tool.
