A young and fresh flat with modern lines, highlighted by a skilful project signed MesRetaile-commerce specialising in lighting design active throughout the country and beyond, with some of the Linea Light Groupa company from Treviso that is a pioneer in LED technology.
Casa Chiara is a private residence in the city of Pavia, within a context of terraced houses, with a distinctly stylish décor that the lighting design managed to emphasise, adapting both to the different environments of the house and to the specific requirements of the clients.
The project was realised according to a precise lighting calculation that paid particular attention to verifying the suitability of the luminaires in each room of the residence.
At the entrance are the wall lamps Gypsum Wall bi-emission, paintable wall lights with a minimalist look ideal for illuminating the corridor and emphasising decorated walls. The stairwell accommodates a cascade of Oh! P, perfect pendants to provide even, safe and also dramatic lighting.
In the living area are two small Conus pendant lights for the peninsula and a further one above the table. For the kitchen work area, on the other hand, the preference fell on LED strips that were placed under and above the wall unit to create a bright and functional environment. The luminaires can be switched in separate modes to ensure full control according to the specific needs of the moment.
Great attention was also paid to the living area where the ceiling light from the Conus series was used in combination with an LED strip behind the wall unit, with a decorative function.
The Dublight wall lights illuminate the master bedroom, while Box ceiling spotlights were chosen for the walk-in wardrobe, which were also used in the bathrooms and front areas.
In the two bathrooms, the areas used for relaxation by the owners at the end of the day, there are also lights dedicated both to the washbasin area and to the lighting of tiles and sanitary ware, respectively with the Metal lamp in the first bathroom and the Thank You pendant and wall lamp Curvè in the second.
