New winner of the Prize for Innovation Awards, Listone Giordano celebrated 150 years of the Margaritelli Group presenting two new virtual allies with which to revolutionise the customer experiencefurther reducing the distance between the company and its interlocutors
An unprecedented immersion in the fibres of wood, between the physical and the digital, in order to celebrate the encounter between genius and nature. This is the aim of the new high-tech tools presented by Listone Giordano, Live Studio and Live Store. Even in the complicated 2020, the year in which the Margaritelli Group celebrates its first 150 years in business, Listone Giordano's gaze is constantly focused on innovation. The three generations of the Margaritelli family, from 1870 to today, have progressively learnt to penetrate the secrets of wood, coming up with innovative solutions capable of cladding the most beautiful houses in the world. Even today, with its powerful technological tools, the Group has remained faithful to the original principles that have always been the most authentic essence of its history: love for wood and the environment, but also for the beauty of design creations.
Live Studio / Live Store
The conception of these two new tools is rooted in an extremely simple consideration: nowadays, digital ecosystems have significantly enhanced people's cognitive capabilities, pushing them to previously unexplored limits. After the successful launch of the Open Desk, able to offer fully customised online consultancy even in the Covid era, Listone Giordano takes a further step forward, packaging an even more immersive and all-embracing experience in the brand's various virtual and physical spaces.
Thanks to Live Studio / Live Store, the Umbrian brand is able to offer customers, designers and planners completely dedicated interfaces for communicating remotely with design consultants, within special virtual environments where it will be possible to embark on an unprecedented journey into the world of the company. The new touch points were also created to create a space "Phygital', between the physical and the digital, favouring the hybridisation of traditional sales channels and the infinite solutions offered by innovation.
The two new virtual places are linked by the same thread, and were created with the intention of reducing the physical distance between the company and its interlocutors. Wood flooring, furniture surfaces and design culture, thanks to Live Studio / Live Store, become an integral part of an avant-garde narrative in which ingenuity and nature come together harmoniously. A service available by appointment.
By the specific will of Andrea Margaritelli, brand manager of Listone Giordanothe two tools will be able to offer a revolutionary experience across different digital planes, with real virtual tours of the "Real Showrooms" in Milan (Listone Giordano Arena, designed by Michele De Lucchi), Bologna, Turin and Perugia. The "Phygital" stages in the different Listone Giordano environments are accompanied by a continuous narration that illustrates its history, immersing people even more deeply into the deepest fibres of the Umbrian brand and its most authentic values. Customers will also have the opportunity to touch the surfaces on display, through a tactile option specifically designed to enhance interaction with the brand's different proposals.
Listone Giordano's objectiveagain, is to further enrich the customer experience for its stakeholders, creating a new kind of relationship between customers and advisors, but also between the customer and the end product.
Natural Genius/ Resonating Trees - The Prize of Prizes for Innovation
Innovation is now part of the DNA of Listone Giordano, and not only because of the Phygital revolution underway or for the mechanisation of production processes. One of the Umbrian brand's most innovative projects, "Natural Genius/Resonating Trees'.recently received the Prize of Prizes for Innovation. The award, given last 11 December directly by the President of the Republic, Sergio Mattarella, celebrates a truly original and 100% green initiative. Carried out in the Umbrian forest of Piegaro - managed by the Margaritelli family - 'Resonating Trees' culminated in the creation of a multi-sensory sound installation by sound artist Federico Ortica, who managed to capture the sound of plants through special transducers applied to the trunks. In that case too, the aim was to create a revolutionary experience between the physical, the sonic and the digital, with a precise focus on sustainability and respect for the environment. "Resonating Strees" was conceived by B.C.P.T. as part of Natural Genius, Listone Giordano's project connecting genius, design, art and nature.
